- Prices are firm and escalation free for the units once booked
but are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of the company.

- In case of delay in payments as per payment plan opted, interest @18 %
per annum will be charged on delayed payments..

- Stamp duty and court fees shall be payable separately as per

- Maintenance charges for the first year shall be payable in advance at
