Payment Plan

Down Payment Rebate will be 10% on 95% of the Basic Sales Price.
Timely Payment Rebate is 5% on Basic Sales price subject to the remittance of all the installments on time when demanded.

Within 60 days of booking 80% of sale price + 100% PLC if applicable + 100% cost of parking slot/s less down payment rebate

Notes:

  • Booking amount 10 lakhs for apartment in tower F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N and Rs. 20 lakhs in Tower A, B, C, D & E.
  • In the above stated sale price external development charges (EDC) and infrastructure development charges (IDC) is pro-rated per unit as applicable to this group housing site. IN case of any upward revision in future by the govt. agencies, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis from the applicant/ allotte.
  • Down payment price shall be calculated taking rebate 10% rebate on 80% of basic price, which is subject to change without notice.
  • Interest bearing maintenance security (IBMS) Rs.100/- per sq. ft.
  • Stamp duty/ registration charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing rates.
  • Two Car parking bays for apartments & pent houses are mandatory.
  • Prices subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company.
  • PLCs - Penthouse/ top floor - 10%, GF-7.5%, Green Facing-Rs.100 psf, floor below penthouse/ top floor-7.5%.
  • Sale Price= (Basic Price + EDC + IDC) x Area of the apartment/ penthouse.
