Notes:

1. Booking Amount - Rs 7 Lacs for Apartment, Rs 10 Lacs for Penthouse.

2. In the above stated Sale Price, External Development Charges (EDC) is pro-rated per unit as applicable to this Group Housing site.

In case of any upward revision in future by the Govt. agencies, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis from the Applicant/Allottee.

3. Down Payment Price shall be calculated taking rebate @ 9%, which is subject to change without notice.

4. One car parking is mandatory.

5. Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) Rs10/- per sq. ft.

6. Stamp Duty/Registration Charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing rates.

7. Prices are subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company.
