2- Price Prevailing at the time of booking will be applicable

3- Special discount can be withdrawn by the company at any time

4- Project will be completed within 18 months subject to force - majeure conditions.

5- Any upward revision in EDC/IDC by government will be recovered on pro- rata basis

6- STR/RWH/SES Charges shall be charged extra on pro-rata basis

7- Stamp duty, Registration charges, or any statutory liability in future shall be payable additionally by the
 buyers as per Government Policies
