on the date of booking and its acceptance by the company shall be applicable.

as indicated in the allotment letter shall be payable additionally.
- Stamp Duty,
Registration & other charges shall be payable before physical possession.
- Completion
Date will be 30 Months from the date of start of constuction of the Project
subject to the force-maheure conditions
- Cheque should
be drawn in favour of "Omaxe Ltd."
and payable at Delhi/Faridabad.
