Note :

- Prices are firm and escalation free from the respective dates of booking.
- Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the
company. Prices prevailing on the date of booking shall be applicable.
- External Development Charges ( EDC ) & Infrastructure Development Charges
( IDC ) shall be payable additionaly per unit. In case of any upward
revision thereof or any other charges levied by aby Govt. agencies /
authorities in future after the date of Letter of Intent ( LOI ), the same
will recovered on pro-rata basis.
- Lawn and Terrace area are tentative and are subject to change. Lawn and Terrace is for is for right to use as per provision of law.
- All building plans, layouts, specifications etc. are tentative and subject
to variation and modification as decided by the company or Competent
Authority.
- The above mentioned area is tentative built-up area which includes carpet
area, area under walls, balconies and staircase.
- Possession will be offered within 24 months with penalty clause as per Buyer's Agreement.
- Registration Stamp Duty, IFMS, and other charges as applicable would be payable by the allottee before the execution of sale deed.
- Price, terms and conditions stated herein are merely with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. For detailed terms and conditions, please refer to the application form and unit Buyer's Agreement.
- Cheques/D.D. to be made in favor of "RPS-PALMS" , payable at Delhi/Faridabad only. Outstation Cheques are not acceptable.
- Prices as indicated above are exclusive of any taxes or levies viz. service tax etc. Any such tax/levy as applicable would be charged over and above the prices as mentioned herein above.
